With four world-class projects planned simultaneously\u2014compared to a global average of approximately two per decade\u2014Argentine mining will need thousands of skilled professionals in the coming years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"un-nuevo-perfil-para-la-mineria\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">A new profile for mining<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The human capital required by the mining industry today is different from what the industry needed two decades ago.
